As the basis of every skincare routine, our Essentials free your skin from pollution and impurities and prepare you optimally for the following care steps. For daily use and all skin types.
01 SENSITIVE SKIN
Sensitive skin has three key characteristics that should be considered during the daily skincare routine: a weakened skin barrier, an excessive sensation of irritation and a tendency to redness. The primary objective of care should be the soothing of the skin, increasing its resistance and maintaining and strengthening its natural protective function in the long term.
Dry skin often shows increased sensitivity to weather influences, reacts quickly with redness and tends to form wrinkles. Therefore it is essential to supply the skin with long-term moisture-binding functional ingredients and to protect it from wind, cold and excessive sun exposure. Also, make sure that there is a sufficient hydration supply from the inside and to avoid a dry room climate.
03 OILY, IMPURE, LARGE-PORED SKIN
Typical characteristics of this skin type are a slightly oily T-zone (forehead, nose, chin) and a tendency to impurities, mainly in the face, décolleté and back. Soothing and pore-refining functional ingredients can help here. Furthermore, it should be given special attention to the acid-base balance.
04 VITALITY-POOR SKIN
Skin with low vitality often lacks energy and elasticity. Therefore it is recommended to care for this skin, which tends to have reduced blood circulation, with vitalizing and energizing functional ingredients. Sufficient sleep, regular exercise and a balanced diet provide extra energy.
05 MATURE SKIN
Mature skin tends to have a dry and poorly blood-circulated complexion with slight wrinkles and fine lines. The skin often lacks elasticity and the first age spots may be visible. This skin type requires particularly intensive functional ingredients to counteract the signs of the times. Sufficient exercise in the fresh air and a balanced diet provide additional fresh energy. Pay particular attention to your acid-base balance.
