Returns & Refunds

Returning a product has a cost to the planet in terms of transport and shipping, which is why we choose to make returns the responsibility of the customer, to be completely sustainable and transparent. With our 'Size Guide' you can easily choose the right fit for you, and thus minimise returns.

You can return or exchange items received within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order. In order to process your return, we kindly ask you to complete the return form enclosed in the package. Shipping costs for returned goods are the responsibility of the customer.

HSF d. Pacifici Sara accepts (from final customers) returns for refunds, coupon creation or product exchanges only if the products have no signs of use and if the labels and tags are in their original place.

Please indicate the reason for the return on the form so that we can continue to optimise the quality of our service for our customers.


Exchange of items: It is only possible to make an exchange if you wish to receive the same item in another size. Please indicate the new size you wish to receive in the return form. The shipping of the new size will be paid by HSF d. Pacifici Sara. If the new size you wish to receive is not available, we will proceed with the refund or with the creation of a coupon for your next purchase.

You will be reimbursed the amount corresponding to the value of the returned goods. The refund is credited in the same way as you paid before. Example: If you pay by credit card, the refund will be credited to your credit card.

Please note that the costs and organisation of any return are the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of a defective product, it can be returned up to 60 days after delivery. In this case the shipping costs are borne by Kauri Store Srls.
